• Education & Consulting: Professional technical teaching, training services, free tutorials, and website performance optimization consulting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

2. User Responsibilities and Conduct

When accessing our websites or utilizing our free resources and tutorials, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when contacting us or registering for training.
• Use our Services only for lawful purposes.

3.2 Client Deliverables

For bespoke development and design projects, intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (e.g., custom website code, specific design assets) will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all project fees, subject to the specific terms outlined in the individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) or project contract. Rainy Design Studio reserves the right to showcase completed non-confidential projects in our portfolio.

4. Payment and Billing

For custom corporate website development, e-commerce platform construction, and professional training services, payment terms, milestones, and project scopes will be detailed in a separate, mutually agreed-upon contract or Statement of Work (SOW) prior to the commencement of any project.

5. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our websites may contain links to our official social media channels (YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, Bilibili, Rednote, TikTok, WeChat) or third-party resources. Rainy Design Studio has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services, including all free tutorials and educational resources, are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rainy Design Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our websites, the accuracy of the technical information provided, or the outcome of implementing our design or coding practices.
